  • Orders under €50: Shipping charges apply (displayed at checkout).
  • Available delivery options: An Post or Courier Service.
  • Orders can also be collected from our premises at Dublin Road, Blessington, Co. Wicklow, W91HFN5, Ireland. 4.2. Delivery Timeframes:
  • Standard delivery: 2-5 business days within Ireland (subject to stock availability).
  • International shipping: Varies depending on the destination.
  • If there is a delay, we will inform customers immediately. 4.3. Receiving Orders:
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details and accept delivery.
  • If the order is delivered to the address provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Upon receipt, customers should inspect the package and report any visible damage.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

5.1. Defective or Incorrect Products:

  • Customers must provide photographic evidence of defects.
  • The product can be returned with the courier upon delivery, or a replacement/refund will be arranged.
  • We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. 5.2. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened or used food products.
  • Items that are undamaged and meet the quality standards.
  • Personal preferences, such as taste or texture, are not valid grounds for a return.
  • Other cases as specified under Irish consumer protection laws. 5.3. Change of Mind Returns:
  • Customers have 14 days under Irish consumer rights law to return an unused product.
  • Items must be sealed, in original packaging, and unused.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6.1. Customers must provide accurate information during checkout and maintain their account details up to date. 6.2. Customers must not share their account login details with third parties. 6.3. If a customer suspects unauthorized account access, they must inform us immediately. 6.4. By purchasing, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms & Irish consumer laws.

7.1. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to fraudulent activity or inaccurate information.
